Overview
Repowise indexes a repository's call graph (26 parsed languages), git history, tests, docs and design decisions locally, then exposes ten task-shaped MCP tools plus a CLI and dashboard. It answers what calls a symbol, what a diff may break, which tests to run, what is dead and what to fix first. Graph, risk, health and dead-code analysis make no LLM calls; model-written docs are optional.

Strengths
