Overview

Paseo runs a local daemon that manages Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, OpenCode, Pi, Antigravity and Muse Code agents, with Electron desktop, Expo mobile/web and CLI clients connecting to it. Each agent can run in its own git worktree, with an editor, terminals, diffs, pull requests and a built-in browser in one window. It also has a plugin system, a TypeScript SDK and orchestration skills.

Who it is for: Developers running several coding agents in parallel from desktop, phone, CLI

Strengths

  • One interface across seven agent CLIs, switchable per task
  • Per-agent git worktrees allow parallel runs on one or several machines
  • Same app on iOS, Android, desktop, web and CLI, plus a TypeScript SDK
  • No telemetry, tracking or forced log-in stated

Weaknesses

  • Requires at least one agent CLI installed and configured with your own credentials
  • Plugins run with access to the daemon machine; trust is on the user
  • Docker image needs extending with the agent CLIs you use
  • Maintained by a single person, per the README

What it needs

  • no GPU
  • Docker + Compose
  • Needs Agent CLI (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, OpenCode, Pi, Antigravity or Muse Code), Node.js/npm for CLI install, Git
  • Models: Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, OpenCode, Pi
  • port 6767
