LangChain is hiring: 98 open roles

Overview

OpenWiki writes a Markdown wiki into `openwiki/` in a repository, tracks each fact back to source evidence, and updates only what changed. It installs as a skill plus MCP tools into coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot CLI, or runs as a standalone CLI with its own Deep Agents-based writer. Agents query it through local, model-free `openwiki_search` and `openwiki_read`.

Who it is for: Teams giving coding agents persistent, searchable repo documentation

Strengths

  • Installs into ten coding agents, reusing the host's authenticated model session
  • Claims tracked to source evidence; clean updates skip model calls
  • Search and read tools are local and read-only; workspaces span linked repos
  • Resumable page queue; scheduled CI examples for GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket

Weaknesses

  • Agent-hosted runs cover repository wikis only; personal wikis need the standalone CLI
  • Connector-sourced context, including LangSmith, is not yet supported in host runs
  • Visualizer loads graph and Markdown libraries from a public CDN, so it needs internet
  • Native CLI needs a separately configured model provider and credentials

What it needs

  • no GPU
  • Needs Node.js 22.22.0 or newer, A coding agent or a model provider
  • Models: Fourteen providers, including hosted models, Local OpenAI-compatible endpoints
  • port 4321
