Overview

A Claude Code plugin that installs 67 skills covering languages, frameworks, infrastructure, testing, DevOps and security. Skills activate from the request text and load per-topic reference files (371 in total). It also ships 9 workflow commands for managing epics with Jira and Confluence, and a /common-ground command that surfaces Claude's assumptions about the project.

Who it is for: Claude Code users wanting ready-made full-stack skills and Jira workflows

Strengths

  • Installs through the Claude Code plugin marketplace with two commands
  • Skills activate from the request and load only the relevant reference file
  • Covers 12 categories, from languages to security and data/ML
  • Documented multi-skill workflows, e.g. feature development through code review

Weaknesses

  • Built for Claude Code; support for other agents is not stated
  • Workflow commands require an Atlassian MCP server to be set up
  • Quality and overlap across 67 skills cannot be judged from the README
  • Skills are prompt text, so results depend on the model used

What it needs

  • no GPU
  • Needs Claude Code, Atlassian MCP server (workflow commands only)
  • Models: Claude
