Overview
An Agent Skill (Codex, Claude Code, other Agent Skills hosts) plus a Python CLI that samples exact frames from a local video or YouTube URL and composes a JPG with one hero frame and up to 6 subtitle strips. Native mode crops burned-in subtitles from the pixels without redrawing; script mode draws reviewed lines from a JSON file and labels them as post-production.
