Overview
Python MCP server that drives a Patchright Chromium browser logged in as you. It exposes 20 tools for LinkedIn profiles, companies, jobs, posts, feed and messaging. It runs over stdio by default or streamable HTTP (127.0.0.1:8000/mcp), and can import an existing session from a local Chromium-based browser.
Who it is for: Developers giving MCP-capable agents access to their own LinkedIn account
Strengths
- 20 tools covering profiles, company data, job search, feed, post search and messaging
- Reuses a signed-in session from Chrome, Brave, Edge, Arc and other Chromium browsers
- Runs over stdio or streamable HTTP; installs with a single uvx config entry
- Tool calls are serialized across processes to protect the shared browser session
Weaknesses
- Browser automation depends on LinkedIn page structure; README relies on @latest auto-updates
- Not affiliated with LinkedIn; automating a personal account may conflict with its terms
- Chrome 127+ app-bound (v20) cookies cannot be imported; manual login needed
- Session auto-import and inline login are skipped in Docker and non-loopback HTTP binds
What it needs
- no GPU
- Docker + Compose
- Needs uv, Patchright Chromium, LinkedIn account
- port 8000
