Overview
A kit of instructions, DTCG design tokens, 138 design-system references and 26 skills that steer Claude Code and other agents toward accessible, token-driven UI. It installs as a Claude Code plugin, an MCP server, or via npm or Homebrew. It runs 52 gates (WCAG contrast, axe, target size, keyboard, overflow), 34 of which need a real browser through Playwright.

Strengths

- 34 of 52 gates need Playwright and a browser, which plugin install does not pull in

- Evidence of quality is small: two blind runs, and the README lists unproven areas
- Built mainly around Claude Code; other agents get read-only AGENTS.md guidance
