Overview
A set of nine skill folders you copy into ~/.claude/skills or ~/.codex/skills. They automate the pull request workflow: filing a short PR, babysitting CI and review bots, rebasing old PRs, finishing someone else's branch, and running multi-model review loops. Some skills call others, so related ones must be installed together.
Who it is for: Claude Code or Codex users who want to automate PR workflows
Strengths
- Covers the PR lifecycle (file, babysit, review, merge) with nine skills
- Works in both Claude Code and Codex with a plain cp install
- Personal settings live in CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md, so skill updates keep them
- MIT licensed and written to be edited
Weaknesses
- Skills depend on each other; partial installs break chains like full-send
- council and sol-loop need subagents on other providers' models
- Requires an authenticated GitHub CLI; babysit-pr needs python3
- Opinionated personal workflow; no docs beyond the README
What it needs
- no GPU
- Needs GitHub CLI (gh), python3, Claude Code or Codex, T3 Code (optional, for delegate_task)
- Models: Claude Code, Codex, GPT Sol
