Overview

Oinone Pamirs is the Java back end of a low-code framework in which models, views and logic are described as metadata, aimed at enterprise systems such as ERP, MES and OMS. The README also describes Aino, an agent layer built on the same metadata, and Spec practices for AI-assisted coding. The repo is split into modules such as pamirs-framework, pamirs-core, pamirs-boot and pamirs-middleware.

Who it is for: Java teams building enterprise apps (ERP, MES, OMS) on a low-code base

Strengths

  • Metadata-driven design: one model definition feeds the back end and the visual designer
  • Modular packages (framework, core, boot, SPI, middleware) split by responsibility
  • Quickstart uses a compose file and serves the UI on port 88
  • Framework source is open, so AI coding tools can read it

Weaknesses

  • AGPL-3.0 license imposes obligations on networked derivative works
  • A separate Enterprise Edition exists; the README does not list what it adds
  • The 7.x live demo is listed as not yet released
  • Front end is a separate repo (oinone-kunlun); the repo has no tagged release

What it needs

  • Java
  • Needs Docker Compose (quickstart), Java

Quick answers

Is oinone-pamirs open source?

Yes. Its code is on GitHub under the AGPL-3.0 license.
