Overview
Oil Motion is a skill for coding agents that plans an interaction animation, generates keyframes and the video between them, cleans the frames, and wires the result to scroll, mouse, drag, touch or device orientation. Output is a baked MP4, an alpha WebP atlas or a green-screen MP4 keyed in WebGL, chosen by a budget script. Generation goes through ZenMux by default, with a pilot clip approved first.

Strengths
- Confirms keyframes first, then generates motion between them to limit identity and structure drift
- Picks one asset format (baked MP4, alpha WebP atlas, green-screen MP4) from a budget script
- Pilot approval with SHA-256 frame hashes blocks mismatched clips before any network call
- API key is stored in the OS credential store, not pasted into chat
Weaknesses
- Generation needs a ZenMux API key and is billed per generation
- README says it is only verified on macOS
- Not meant for UI transitions that CSS, SVG, Lottie or real-time 3D can handle
- README is Chinese-first; the English version is a separate file
