Overview
An installable skill for coding agents that reads a repository, then restructures its README or produces only visual assets such as SVG heroes, section headers, workflow diagrams and optional GIFs. Visuals live in SVG while explanations, commands and links stay in Markdown. It has whole-README and asset-only modes plus a read-only audit, and does not commit or push without approval.

Strengths
- Asset-only mode leaves README copy, order and links untouched
- Keeps text in Markdown so the page stays searchable and copyable
- Hybrid SVG plus AI-generated cutouts, with written production guides

Weaknesses
- Output quality depends on the host agent; no evaluation or benchmarks given
- PNG/WebP or AI image generation needs separate rendering or image tools
- GIF motion is opt-in and not generated by default
- No docs site; part of the README is in Chinese
