Overview
A skill for Claude Code and Codex that guides an agent through research, narration, TTS voiceover, storyboarding, parallel shot building and QC. The result is a 1280x720 motion-graphics MP4 in Chinese or English, with every frame written as a Remotion (React/TypeScript) component. It ships a Remotion template, style and motion specs, QC scripts and one reference film. It is not a CLI.
Who it is for: Noncommercial creators using Claude Code or Codex to make explainer videos
Strengths
- Four user checkpoints: length and language, narration, voice, and a 30-second look check
- Deterministic renders: frames are pure functions of frame number with seeded randomness
- Local kokoro-82m, piper and kokoro-onnx, cloud edge-tts, or bring your own audio
- Includes a reference film paper trail and a frame-metrics QC script
Weaknesses
- PolyForm Noncommercial license; commercial use needs the author's authorization
- One visual style with two backdrops; other changes mean editing style guide and ui.tsx
- Landscape 1280x720 only, no 9:16; Chinese and English only
- Runs take about 1 to 3 hours and 2 to 3 GB disk; verified on macOS, Windows untested
