Overview
Port of Lauren Tan's Cursor pstack skill set to Claude Code, Codex, Pi, GitHub Copilot, Muse and other harnesses. A session-start hook points the agent at poteto-mode, which picks a playbook (bug fix, feature, refactor, performance, PR maintenance) and delegates with skills like architect, arena, swarm, how and why. It also has a formal-verification skill for concurrency invariants that tests miss.

Strengths
- Installs as a plugin on Claude Code, Codex, Copilot and Muse; Pi via git install
- Routing hook sends tasks to poteto-mode automatically at session start
- No server or telemetry; scripts run locally, PR tools use your GitHub CLI login
- Per-role model and reasoning-effort settings via setup-pstack
Weaknesses
- Harnesses without hooks (OpenCode, Gemini CLI) need manual symlinks and a named skill call
- Codex and Muse run the hook only after you trust or approve it
- Copilot build tested only on CLI 1.0.87 to 1.0.92; copilot -p lists no skills on 1.0.92
- Anything the skills read, including transcripts, is sent to your model provider
