Overview
APM reads an apm.yml manifest and installs agent primitives (instructions, skills, prompts, hooks, plugins, MCP servers) from git hosts into the config formats of Copilot, Claude, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Windsurf, OpenCode, Kiro and Grok Build. It resolves transitive dependencies, pins them in a lockfile with content hashes, and scans installs for hidden Unicode. An apm-policy.yml lets an org restrict allowed sources and primitives.
