Overview
ZCF is an npx-run CLI that sets up Claude Code and Codex: it installs the tools, writes workflow and agent configuration, and configures API providers or CCR and MCP services. It has an interactive menu plus non-interactive flags such as `npx zcf i -s -p 302ai -k "sk-xxx"`, and supports English, Chinese and Japanese interfaces. Detailed usage lives in the external docs site.
Who it is for: Claude Code and Codex users who want a scripted, preconfigured setup
Strengths
- Single `npx zcf` entry point, no manual install step
- Non-interactive mode with provider preset and key flags for scripted setup
- Covers both Claude Code and Codex, including workflow updates via `zcf u`
- Interface available in English, Chinese and Japanese
Weaknesses
- README gives little detail on what workflows or agents are installed
- Requires Node.js and your own API key or provider account
- README is mostly sponsor promotions for API relay services
- Full usage and options only in external documentation
What it needs
- no GPU
- Needs Node.js (npx), Claude Code or Codex, API provider key
- Models: Claude, Codex, 302.AI preset
