Overview
Waza is a set of eight agent skills (/think, /ui, /check, /hunt, /write, /learn, /read, /health), each a folder with reference docs, helper scripts and gotchas. It installs with `npx skills` into the shared ~/.agents/skills directory, as a Claude Code or Codex plugin, or as a Claude Desktop ZIP. Extras include a Claude Code statusline and optional persistent rules.
Who it is for: Developers using Claude Code or Codex who want a small, opinionated skill set
Strengths
- Small fixed set of eight skills, each with one trigger and one job
- One install covers Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other agents reading ~/.agents/skills
- Also ships as Claude Code and Codex plugins, a Claude Desktop ZIP and a Pi npm package
- Optional rules and a quota statusline are separate installs, not forced on
Weaknesses
- Reflects one author's workflow; the README describes no per-skill configuration
- Clarity rule is only on main and not in the current release
- Extras install by running downloaded shell scripts; the README asks you to review first
- Statusline script targets Claude Code only; Codex needs manual config.toml edits
What it needs
- no GPU
- Needs Node.js (npx), Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another skills-capable agent
