Overview
Electron desktop app that runs terminal agent CLIs (Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Grok, Kimi, Qwen, OpenCode, Crush, Copilot, Cursor, custom commands) in node-pty sessions. An orchestrator agent routes work between them through file-based mailboxes and shared markdown memory, shown as avatars on a Pixi.js office floor. Adds approval gates, a circuit breaker, per-agent budgets, a Monaco editor with git views and local dictation.
Who it is for: Developers running several coding-agent CLIs in parallel on one machine
Strengths
- Wraps 12 named agent CLIs plus custom commands, using your existing subscriptions
- Per-agent markdown memory, mailboxes and optional git worktrees to avoid branch collisions
- Approval queue for spend, scope and destructive ops, plus a steer, constrain, stop circuit breaker
- Supports BYOK keys and local models via Ollama, LM Studio or vLLM
Weaknesses
- Labeled pre-release (v0.5.3)
- Stapler meeting transcription and the newer sidebar are in the paid Pro tier
- Transcription is English only in 0.5.3
- Desktop Electron app only; no Docker image or headless server mode
What it needs
- GPU optional
- Needs Agent CLIs (claude, codex, etc.), git, uv, Node, MemPalace
- Models: Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini CLI, Antigravity, Grok
