Overview
CCPM is an Agent Skill that guides a coding agent from brainstorming and a PRD to a technical epic, task files, GitHub issues and a dedicated git worktree. It then launches parallel agents on independent work streams for an issue. Project state lives as markdown under `.claude/`, and status, standup and search run as bash scripts without LLM calls.
Who it is for: Developers running coding agents who want spec-driven work tracked in GitHub
Strengths
- Follows the agentskills.io standard; works with Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Factory, Amp, Cursor
- Project state is plain markdown in the repo, with no external database
- Status, standup, search and validate run as bash scripts with no token cost
- Task files carry depends_on, parallel and conflicts_with metadata for parallel agents
Weaknesses
- Requires an authenticated gh CLI and a GitHub repository
- Parent-child sub-issues need the gh-sub-issue extension; otherwise falls back to task lists
- Benchmark and team-result figures are self-reported with no method described
- Original /pm:* slash commands only exist on the v1 branch
What it needs
- no GPU
- Needs git, gh CLI, GitHub repository, gh-sub-issue extension (optional)
